Soft focus flowers

Not as apparent here is marbled background, which is also indicative of using this optic.

Very nice image...and another way to get inspiration from TS with the new blog.

Took your advice and got the Lensbaby Soft Focus optic...finding plenty of ways to use it.

Thx JB!!

Great news, Sam! Enjoy the LB soft focus. I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Anonymous: how about the green area at the bottom right?

darker green tonality in lower right is fine. the medium-bright green in the upper left sucks lots of attention away from the central theme, partly because of its brightness and partly because its importance is exaggerated by its edginess. but, like i said, what do i know?

I could tone it down, but it's not that big a deal to me. The greens push the reds out. Opposite colors, but as you say, what do I know?? ; )

Hi Tony. I know you have lots of fun with LB (thank you for "VISUAL LITERACY")and this image is a great result of your LB experience. The yellow centers drive my attention of these beautiful flowers. The background is perfect, thank you for sharing. Regards, Yani.
